This was a recent piece I did for a flyer for my college anime club. The flyer was for this really awesome Japanese culture festival we held - the thing I was proud of most though, in this, was not the characters involved but the tree - I'd never done a tree before, at least not at that angle, but this turned out to be one of my best pieces to date. Man, am I gonna be red when I upload my old stuff. Still, the scan doesn't do it justice. That's what I get with a hundred and fifty dollar scanner and cheap photoware. Well, it's my friends scanner, I should be glad I can get anything uploaded at all. Nevertheless, I hope you like it. I know the girl's right leg is a bit twisted, but GOD, I love that tree. ^^
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
